Who we are
The Properties Solution introduces land and buildings to developers. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@thepropertiessolution.co.uk or on 07480 049584.
What we hold
- What you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the site address and what you tell us about it.
- What we find about a site: planning history, Land Registry and Companies House information, which are public records.
- A record of our messages and calls with you.
Where it comes from
Either from you, through this form or by contacting us, or from public sources such as the council planning register, HM Land Registry data and Companies House. If we wrote or called you first, it will have been from one of these.
Why we use it, and our basis for doing so
- To respond to your enquiry and assess your site. You asked us to, so we rely on your consent and on taking steps at your request.
- To contact owners of sites that could be developed. We rely on legitimate interests. We keep it to relevant owners, identify ourselves, and stop when asked. Where the person is an individual, we contact them by email or text only where the law allows.
- To keep a record of who has asked not to be contacted. We keep a suppression list so we do not contact you again. This is a legal obligation and a legitimate interest.
Who sees it
Only us and the services we use to run the business, such as email and spreadsheet providers. We do not pass your details to a developer without asking you first. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
While we are working with you, and normally for up to 24 months after our last contact. If you ask us to stop, we keep your contact detail on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. To stop us contacting you, use the form at the bottom of the main page or email us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
